Christopher N. Link, Esq.


Mr. Link has specialized in all marital and family law matters, including paternity, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, contempt and enforcement, alimony, child support, custody, visitation, parenting plans, time-sharing, equitable distribution, property division, injunctions for protection, and post-judgment modifications for over 20 years. He graduated from Florida State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law (J.D., 1989).

Mr. Link is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, and previously was a member of the Ethics Committee and Attorney’s Fees and Costs Committee for the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Guardian ad Litem Pro Bono Program, Broward County Bar Association, Broward Lawyers Care of Fort Lauderdale, and Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers Assocation.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, as well as the Southern, District of the U.S. District Courts of Florida. Mr Link has Pro hac vice admissions in the states of Alabama, Montana and Texas. He has also been appointed as a Special Magistrate by the Honorable Tim Bailey and the Honorable Alfred J. Horowitz.

He has been a guest lecturer for the Broward County Bar Association, was a panel member for Comcast Television where he lectured on “Child Support, Alimony and Divorce.” He also presented on Domestic Violence to the B’Nai B’Birth of Boca Raton.
